1) Stephen King - The Bachman Books. It's 4 novels that he wrote as Richard Bachman. Hardcover and relatively hard to find. Cheapest I found it on Ebay is $31 so how about $20 or trade for other books? McCammon (Swan Song in HC and I'll throw in a blowjob too), Rex Miller, Brian Keene, SK, Terry Goodkind, Slade, Asimov... anything good. Comics are good too.

2) Harry Kolbe preamp. $400. It took me 10 years to track one down and I've used it once since. It's what Page Hamilton used on Meantime. Smashing Pumpkins used it too. 2 channels, each has 3 settings. No footswitch, sorry.
